We are interested in the evolution of populations occurring in deep time as observed through genetic data.

As such, our approach lies at the crossroad of empirical genetics and simulation-based methods. We harness ancient and modern DNA to address questions in human evolutionary biology. We combine population genetic theory, statistics, and simulations to develop methods to infer evolutionary parameters.
